City Jet Web Site Privacy Policy

Paradigm Jet Management, Inc. d.b.a. City Jet (“City Jet”) has created this privacy policy statement (the “Privacy Policy”) in order to demonstrate its firm commitment to your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies solely to the City Jet’s web site (the “Web Site”). The following discloses City Jet’s information gathering, use, and dissemination practices for the Web Site. City Jet is the sole owner of any and all data collected through and by the Web Site. By using or accessing the Web Site, you signify your assent to this Privacy Policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR OTHERWISE USE THE WEB SITE.
Personal and Non-Personal Information: When using the Web Site, in order to use some of the services such as email alerts and updates, you may be asked to provide, or you may chose to provide, certain personally identifiable information about yourself including but not limited to, your name and email address (“Personal Information”). City Jet has no intention of collecting Personal Information from children under the age of 18 years old. In addition, we may also collect non-personally identifiable information, such as IP host address, pages viewed, search queries, impressions and other data, and may aggregate such information in a manner which does not identify any individual (“Aggregate Information”).
When a user books air travel through the Web Site, City Jet collects specific information, including, but not limited to the passenger’s full name, address, date of birth, gender, and other Personal Information needed to complete the booking and for Transportation Security Administration passenger screening. City Jet also collects credit card or debit card data needed to process payment for the booking. When this Personal Information and credit/debit card information is collected on the Web Site, that information is encrypted and transmitted to City Jet in a secure way.
Information Usage: When a user books air travel through the Web Site, completes a form on the Web Site, or sends an email message to City Jet, such user indicates an interest in City Jet’s services Personal Information provided by or collected from the user may be used for the purposes of communicating with such user or providing services to such user. By providing or making Personal Information on the Web Site, you consent to receive information and updates on City Jet’s services. City Jet will not sell or rent any Personal Information to any third party. Except as required by law, specifically authorized by you, or in connection with the maintenance and operation of the Web Site, City Jet will not share Personal Information with any third party.
City Jet may use Aggregate Information to improve and enhance your experience on the Web Site and for research activities. For example, City Jet may share Aggregate Information with unaffiliated third parties in an aggregate, anonymous form, which means that the shared information will not contain nor be linked to any Personal Information.

Changes to policy; Opt-Out Process: City Jet reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions from this Privacy Policy at any time by posting such changes to the Web Site. If at any time in the future City Jet plans to use Personal Information in a way that differs from this Privacy Policy, City Jet will post such changes to the Web Site and provide you the opportunity to opt-out of such differing uses. Your continued use of the Web Site following the posting of any changes to this Privacy Policy means you accept such changes.
Cookies: “Cookies” are pieces of information that may be placed on your computer by a web site for the purpose of facilitating and enhancing your communication and interaction with that web site. Many web sites use cookies for these purposes. City Jet may use cookies to customize your visit to the Web Site and for other purposes to make your visit more convenient or to enable City Jet to enhance its services. You may stop or restrict the placement of cookies on your computer or delete them from your browser by adjusting your web browser preferences, in which case you may still use the Web Site, but it may interfere with some of its functionality. City Jet does not use cookies to retrieve Personal Information from your computer, or use cookies to retrieve other information from your computer for purposes that are unrelated to the Web Site or your interaction with the Web Site.
Clickstream: As you use the Internet, a trail of electronic information is left at each web site you visit. This information, which is sometimes referred to as “clickstream data”, can be collected and stored by a web site’s server. Clickstream data can tell City Jet the type of computer and browsing software you use and the address of the web site from which you linked to the Web Site. City Jet may use clickstream data as a form of Aggregate Information to anonymously determine how much time visitors spend on each page of the Web Site, how visitors navigate throughout the Web Site and how City Jet may tailor the web pages to better meet the needs of visitors. This information will only be used to improve the Web Site. Any collection or use of clickstream data will be anonymous and aggregate, and will not contain any Personal Information.
Security: The security of your Personal Information is very important to City Jet. As noted above, City Jet attempts to provide for the secure transmission of your information from your computer to City Jet’s servers by utilizing encryption software. In addition, We have put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect. However, due to the inherent open nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that communications between you and City Jet, and City Jet and you, will be free from unauthorized access by third parties such as hackers and your use of the Web Site demonstrates your assumption of this risk. Only those City Jet employees who need access to your information in order to perform their duties are allowed access to your Personal Information. All such employee access to Personal Information is password protected.

Cancellation policy

Fares are nonrefundable. A cancellation fee of $50 will be deducted from the original payment amount per customer per flight. Fee is waived and fare is refundable within 24 hours of original purchase. The balance will be applied toward future travel in the form of a travel credit, valid for one year from the original date of booking / purchase. Failure to cancel a ticket at least one hour prior to scheduled departure will result in total forfeiture of the fare.
